Our Process

  • Initial Consultation

    After our first call, we’ll schedule an in-home or virtual meeting to review your goals, discuss the scope, and explore the best path forward. From there, we’ll prepare a proposal and set a follow-up to review it together.

  • Define Scope of Work

    Once you choose WHR, we’ll move into agreement and schedule a detailed walkthrough to measure, photograph, and document the space. Our design team then creates a plan and helps you select finishes, materials, and products.

  • Contractual Agreement

    We’ll meet to review and finalize the scope, schedule, and design. This ensures alignment, answers all questions, and sets the foundation for a smooth, on-time, and on-budget project.

  • Project Implementation

    Construction begins with site preparation and clean, sealed work areas. Throughout the build, we provide clear, consistent communication and respond quickly to any questions or changes. We want you to be apart of each and every step of the process!

  • Project Completion

    At completion, we walk the project with you, address punch-list items promptly, and ensure every detail meets expectations. Our goal is a stress-free experience and a finished space you’ll love—today and for years to come. We are always just a call away if you need us.
