Initial Consultation
Good communication is where every great project begins.
After your first call, one of our project managers will stop by for an in-home visit or set up a quick virtual chat to go over your ideas and goals. Together, we’ll figure out the best way to bring your vision to life. From there, we’ll put together a clear proposal and meet again to review it with you—making sure everything feels right before we get started.
Getting Started Together
Once you choose the WHR, we’ll make it official with a simple agreement and schedule a walkthrough of your space to measure, photograph, and take notes. After that, our design team will put together a custom plan, while our project coordinators help you with selections—making it easy to choose the right products, finishes, and designs for your project.
Project Preparation
Before we get started, our project managers, designers, and installers will meet with you to review the scope, schedule, and design details. This helps make sure we’re all on the same page and sets the stage for a smooth, on-time, and within-budget project.
Throughout the process, you’ll stay informed with regular updates and check-ins. Most importantly, our team will be on-site often—keeping a close eye on progress and ensuring every detail meets our standards (and yours).
Finalizing the Plan
Once your design and finishing choices are set, we’ll take care of the details—processing permits, ordering materials, and getting everything ready to go. We’ll share a tentative start date and keep you updated as our team prepares to bring your project to life!
Project Execution
As construction begins, we carefully prepare the site and seal off work areas to keep your home clean and protected.
Throughout the process, the WHR team will stay in close touch—keeping you updated, answering questions, and addressing any changes quickly. Our goal is to make sure you understand each step along the way, so when the project is complete, you know exactly how your vision came to life.
Project Completion
As your project nears completion, we’ll walk through the space with you to review every detail, answer questions, and take care of any final touch-ups right away.
